Privacy Policy

Spotz ("we", "us", "our") is provided by an independent developer. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Spotz app and website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you accept this policy. If you don't agree, please stop using the app.

What We Collect

• Account data — your email address, display name, @handle, bio and profile photo. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider; we never see it.
• Spots you post — photos and videos, captions, the precise GPS location where each spot was taken, and the place name for that location.
• Activity — your likes, comments, follows and the reports you submit.
• Sign-in location — your device's location when you sign in, used to keep accounts safe and prevent abuse.
• Device data — a push-notification token and your device type (iOS or Android), so we can send you notifications.

We also collect usage and crash data (which features you use, crash reports, your device model and app version) to improve Spotz and fix problems. We do not collect your device's advertising identifier. See Advertising below.

How We Use It

• Show your spots on the map and run the app's features — likes, comments, follows and notifications.
• Keep Spotz safe: we use AI to detect fraud such as fake locations and duplicate spots, review reports, and enforce our terms.
• Promote Spotz and showcase user content in marketing and on social media.
• Send service-related messages (no spam).

Who Can See Your Data

Your spots, captions, place names, display name, @handle and profile photo are public — anyone can see them in the app and on onspotzzz.com. Your email address, sign-in location and device data are never shown to other users.

Service Providers

We use trusted providers for sign-in, data storage, push notifications, photo and video hosting, maps and place names, automated fraud detection, analytics and crash reporting, and advertising. They process data only to run the Service for us, under their own privacy policies.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or on our Delete Account page. This permanently removes your profile, your spots (including photos and videos), your comments, likes and follows. Reports you made, or that were made about you, may be kept for up to 90 days for safety and legal purposes.

Your Rights

• Request access to, or a copy of, your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion — use the Delete Account feature or email us.

Advertising

Spotz shows ads provided by Google. These ads are not personalised: Spotz does not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, and does not use or share your device's advertising identifier. Where the law requires it, such as in the EU and UK, we ask for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time in the app (Settings → Ad privacy choices). We do not sell your personal data.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. See our Child Safety standards.

يُقدَّم تطبيق Spotz ("نحن") من قِبل مطوّر مستقل. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك لتطبيق Spotz وموقعه الإلكتروني، وسبب جمعها، والخيارات المتاحة لك. باستخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة. إذا لم توافق، يُرجى التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق.

ما الذي نجمعه

• بيانات الحساب — بريدك الإلكتروني، واسمك الظاهر، ومعرّفك (@)، ونبذتك التعريفية، وصورة ملفك الشخصي. كلمة المرور تتم معالجتها لدى مزوّد تسجيل الدخول ولا نطّلع عليها أبداً.
• المواقع التي تنشرها — الصور والفيديوهات، والتعليقات المرافقة لها، والموقع الجغرافي الدقيق (GPS) الذي التُقط فيه كل موقع، واسم المكان.
• نشاطك — إعجاباتك وتعليقاتك ومتابعاتك والبلاغات التي ترسلها.
• موقع تسجيل الدخول — موقع جهازك عند تسجيل الدخول، ويُستخدم لحماية الحسابات ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
• بيانات الجهاز — رمز الإشعارات ونوع جهازك (iOS أو Android) حتى نتمكن من إرسال الإشعارات إليك.

كما نجمع بيانات الاستخدام والأعطال (الميزات التي تستخدمها، وتقارير الأعطال، وطراز جهازك وإصدار التطبيق) لتحسين Spotz وإصلاح المشكلات. لا نجمع معرّف الإعلانات الخاص بجهازك. انظر قسم الإعلانات أدناه.

كيف نستخدمها

• عرض مواقعك على الخريطة وتشغيل ميزات التطبيق — الإعجابات والتعليقات والمتابعة والإشعارات.
• الحفاظ على أمان Spotz: نستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي لكشف الاحتيال مثل المواقع المزيّفة والمنشورات المكررة، ومراجعة البلاغات، وتطبيق شروطنا.
• الترويج لـ Spotz وعرض محتوى المستخدمين في التسويق ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
• إرسال رسائل متعلقة بالخدمة (بدون رسائل مزعجة).

من يمكنه رؤية بياناتك

مواقعك، والتعليقات المرافقة لها، وأسماء الأماكن، واسمك الظاهر، ومعرّفك (@)، وصورة ملفك الشخصي عامة — يمكن لأي شخص رؤيتها في التطبيق وعلى onspotzzz.com. أما بريدك الإلكتروني وموقع تسجيل الدخول وبيانات جهازك فلا تُعرض أبداً للمستخدمين الآخرين.

مزوّدو الخدمة

نستعين بمزوّدين موثوقين لتسجيل الدخول، وتخزين البيانات، والإشعارات، واستضافة الصور والفيديوهات، والخرائط وأسماء الأماكن، والكشف الآلي عن الاحتيال، والتحليلات وتقارير الأعطال، والإعلانات. يعالجون البيانات فقط لتشغيل الخدمة نيابةً عنا، وفق سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما أن حسابك موجود. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق (الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب) أو من صفحة حذف الحساب. يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف ملفك الشخصي ومواقعك (بما فيها الصور والفيديوهات) وتعليقاتك وإعجاباتك ومتابعاتك نهائياً. قد نحتفظ بالبلاغات التي أرسلتها أو التي قُدّمت بشأنك لمدة تصل إلى 90 يوماً لأغراض الأمان والأغراض القانونية.

حقوقك

• طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو الحصول على نسخة منها.
• طلب تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة.
• طلب الحذف — استخدم ميزة حذف الحساب أو راسلنا.

الإعلانات

يعرض Spotz إعلانات مقدّمة من Google. هذه الإعلانات غير مخصّصة: لا يتتبّعك Spotz عبر تطبيقات ومواقع الشركات الأخرى، ولا يستخدم معرّف الإعلانات الخاص بجهازك أو يشاركه. حيثما يقتضي القانون ذلك، كما في الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة، نطلب موافقتك أولاً، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من التطبيق (الإعدادات ← خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات). لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.

الأطفال

الخدمة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم. اطّلع على معايير سلامة الأطفال.
