⚡ By downloading, installing, or using Spotz in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, uninstall the app immediately.
Community Standards — Zero Tolerance
Spotz has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post or send content that is sexually explicit, violent or gory, hateful, harassing, threatening, bullying, discriminatory, illegal, or that invades someone's privacy.
- Anyone can report a spot or comment, and block a user from their spot, comment or profile. Blocking hides that person's content straight away and notifies our team.
- We review reports within 24 hours. Content that breaks these standards is removed, and the account that posted it is banned.
- Content reported by many people is hidden automatically until it has been reviewed, and posts and comments with offensive words are blocked.
1. Content License
By posting any photo, video, caption, location data, or other content ("Content") to the Service, you grant Spotz a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from that Content — in any medium and for any purpose, including commercial promotion of Spotz — without compensation to you.
You retain ownership of your original files, but we retain full rights to all Content uploaded to the platform.
2. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account — including yours — at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without any liability to you. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, inactivity, or our sole business discretion. No explanation will be provided.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading illegal, abusive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content.
- Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users.
- Interfering with, reverse-engineering, or attempting to breach the Service.
- Using the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent.
- Any conduct that violates applicable law or our Child Safety policy.
We may remove any Content at our sole discretion, without notice or explanation.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use is entirely at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotz and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which in most cases is zero).
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spotz and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "last updated" date above reflects any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or in the courts of the developer's jurisdiction, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

معايير المجتمع — عدم التسامح مطلقاً
لا يتسامح Spotz مطلقاً مع المحتوى غير اللائق أو المستخدمين المسيئين. يُمنع نشر أو إرسال أي محتوى جنسي صريح، أو عنيف أو دموي، أو يحض على الكراهية، أو ينطوي على مضايقة أو تهديد أو تنمّر أو تمييز، أو مخالف للقانون، أو منتهك لخصوصية الآخرين.
- يمكن لأي مستخدم الإبلاغ عن أي موقع أو تعليق، وحظر أي مستخدم من موقعه أو تعليقه أو ملفه الشخصي. يؤدي الحظر إلى إخفاء محتوى ذلك الشخص فوراً وإبلاغ فريقنا.
- نراجع البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة. يُزال المحتوى المخالف لهذه المعايير، ويُحظر الحساب الذي نشره.
- يُخفى تلقائياً المحتوى الذي يُبلّغ عنه عدد كبير من المستخدمين حتى تتم مراجعته، وتُمنع المنشورات والتعليقات التي تحتوي على كلمات مسيئة.
1. ترخيص المحتوى
عند نشرك لأي صورة أو فيديو أو تعليق أو بيانات موقع أو أي محتوى آخر ("المحتوى") على الخدمة، فإنك تمنح Spotz ترخيصاً غير حصري، عالمياً، دائماً، غير قابل للإلغاء، معفى من الرسوم، قابلاً للترخيص من الباطن وقابلاً للتحويل لاستخدام ذلك المحتوى ونسخه وتعديله وتكييفه ونشره وترجمته وتوزيعه وعرضه علناً وإنشاء أعمال مشتقة منه — بأي وسيلة ولأي غرض، بما في ذلك الترويج التجاري لـ Spotz — دون أي مقابل لك.
تحتفظ بملكية ملفاتك الأصلية، لكننا نحتفظ بكامل الحقوق في جميع المحتوى المرفوع على المنصة.
2. إنهاء الحساب
نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أي حساب — بما في ذلك حسابك — أو تقييده أو إنهائه نهائياً في أي وقت، ولأي سبب أو بدون سبب، مع إشعار أو بدونه، ودون أي مسؤولية تجاهك. قد تشمل الأسباب، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، انتهاك هذه الشروط أو النشاط المشبوه أو عدم النشاط أو تقديرنا التجاري المطلق. لن يتم تقديم أي تفسير.
3. السلوك المحظور
- رفع محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء أو تشهيري أو منتهك لحقوق الغير.
- مضايقة المستخدمين الآخرين أو تهديدهم أو انتحال شخصياتهم.
- التدخل في الخدمة أو إجراء هندسة عكسية لها أو محاولة اختراقها.
- استخدام الخدمة لأغراض تجارية دون موافقتنا الخطية.
- أي سلوك يخالف القانون المعمول به أو سياسة سلامة الأطفال.
يجوز لنا إزالة أي محتوى وفق تقديرنا المطلق، دون إشعار أو تفسير.
4. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمانات
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"حسب توفرها" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة متواصلة أو خالية من الأخطاء أو من المكونات الضارة. استخدامك لها على مسؤوليتك الخاصة بالكامل.
5. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل Spotz ولا مطوّره أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح أو الإصابة الشخصية. لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك عن أي مطالبة المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة (وهو صفر في معظم الحالات).
6. التعويض
توافق على تعويض Spotz ومطوّره والدفاع عنهما وإبراء ذمتهما من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو خسائر أو التزامات أو تكاليف أو نفقات (بما في ذلك الرسوم القانونية) تنشأ عن استخدامك للخدمة أو عن محتواك أو عن انتهاكك لهذه الشروط.
7. تغييرات الشروط
يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، ويعكس تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه أي تغييرات. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد نشر التغييرات يعني قبولك للشروط الجديدة.
8. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون المعمول به. وتُحل أي نزاعات حصرياً عبر التحكيم الملزم أو أمام محاكم الاختصاص التابعة للمطوّر، وتتنازل عن أي حق في المحاكمة أمام هيئة محلفين أو في الدعاوى الجماعية.
