2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
We strictly prohibit the following on the Spotz platform:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): The creation, sharing, uploading, or distribution of any visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
- Grooming & Solicitation: Any attempt to communicate with, entice, or recruit minors for sexual purposes or exploitation.
- Sexualization of Minors: Any content that sexualizes children, including AI-generated or fictional depictions.
- Endangerment: Using Spotz services to facilitate the trafficking or harm of minors.
3. Protective Measures
To prevent CSAE, Spotz integrates safety directly into our operations:
- Automated Scanning: We use industry-standard technology to proactively detect and block known illegal content.
- Manual Moderation: A dedicated team reviews flagged content and suspicious account activity to ensure community guidelines are followed.
- Account Termination: Any user found to be engaging in or promoting child exploitation will be permanently banned from the Spotz ecosystem across all devices.
4. How to Report Violations
We empower our community to help us keep Spotz safe. If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these standards, please report it immediately to our dedicated safety team.

5. Enforcement and Legal Cooperation
When a violation is identified, Spotz takes immediate action:
- Content Removal: Violating material is permanently deleted from our servers.
- Law Enforcement Reporting: In accordance with international and local laws, we report all instances of child sexual abuse material to the relevant global authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
- Evidence Preservation: We preserve all necessary data to assist law enforcement in their investigations and prosecutions to ensure offenders are held accountable.
