By accessing or using the Spotz application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

License to Use Data: By posting Content to the Service, you grant the Developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Content throughout the world in any media.
This means that while you retain ownership of your original files, we possess the full right to use your uploaded pictures, location data, comments, and any other data for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service, without any further consent, notice, and/or compensation to you or others.
